My Medical Anthropological explorations have led me to travel to Lesotho, Africa, specifically to the Maloti Mountains to learn from  traditional Sangomas. My yearly return to Egypt (to Pilgrimage), has allowed me to deepen with the ancient teachings. My shamanic teachers have initiated me in Celtic, Algonquin, Orisha, Khemet and Ecuadorian Traditions.
